Can I hire anyone with a drone?

To engage in commercial drone work legally, operators are required to possess a valid FAA Part 107 license, permitting them to utilize images for profit. Engaging in paid services without this license is considered illegal, potentially leading to significant FAA fines for all involved parties for non-compliance with regulations.

What is the turnaround time to get my files?

We ask our clients to expect 3 to 5 days to deliver their files and complete the project, however, we can make an exception if we have the bandwidth.

Who owns the data that you collect?

SkyPulse owns all data collected using our technology unless otherwise specified by the client.

How will I get my files?

You will receive an email that includes a link to a Google Drive folder where you can download all of your files to a local device. Note, you will have 30 days to download your files to your local device.

How soon can you fly the mission?

We fly as soon as possible based on factors such as weather, pilot availability, site availability and airspace restrictions.

Can I specify the music for the video?

We can't use copyrighted music, but we'll help find music that fits well.

Do I need to be on site at the time of the mission?

You are more than welcome to be onsite during the execution of the flight, but not necessary. Our pilots are trained and will execute based off the terms of agreed upon prior.
